It’s December here in Chicago. People are busy with holiday parties, shopping and cooking. Even with all the hustle and bustle, one of my favorite things to do during the holidays is sit back, reflect, and enjoy time with my loved ones.
I have two words that rise to the surface during this time of year: hope and peace.
When I have the privilege of meeting with a new client, there is always a sense of hope: hope for a bright future, a better tomorrow, a well-lit path. It’s often during our first discussions that I get to know your dreams and desires; specifically, what you hope for the most. For some of you, it’s helping to make sure your children’s education is funded. For others, it is setting out a path for retirement. Or, it may be as simple as diversifying your portfolio.
Together, we work on a plan to help you keep that feeling of hope, no matter what – if the markets go up or if the markets go down – if a sudden illness hits your family – or a loss of a loved one – there is always hope.
The other word that I reflect on during this time of year is peace. Peace for our world and peace at home too. I hope I bring you a sense of financial peace, knowing that when you close your eyes each night you don’t have to worry about your finances or your future because we have built a solid financial plan.
During this special time of year, I wish you and yours hope and peace. All the best for a wonderful 2018.
Signing off with The Wright Words, and wishing you the best,
